A message from the choir loft:

Any men or women that would like to sing come join us Sunday mornings at the 10 am service to sing. We meet on Tuesdayevenings from 6:30 – 8:15 and Sunday mornings at 9:05 to rehearse. We start Tuesday Sept 1st with rehearsals. Any one interested please come and talk to the organist (Josh Ziemski). Stop on by and lend us your voice!!!  Don’t be shy

Pulled Pork Dinner – All the work that goes on behind the scenes to prepare for the Pulled Pork Dinner is quite amazing. The gentlemen of St. Peter’s started smoking the pork behind Phelps Hall at 5:30 a.m. on Friday!!  Then there was the slow cooking of big pots of beans and of course the bakers baking desserts.  It was deservedly a big success and we thank all the workers and the people who came to eat.  Your support is so wonderful!!

St. Peter’s has a new website!

Same location, great new look. The new site offers an always up to date calendar, upcoming events listed with details, news from Sue, the bulletin, the latest happenings, an updated photo gallery, and more! All with a sharp new design that looks great on a desktop computer, tablet, or smart phone.

The Persing Family are moving to Massachusetts sometime in September. The new address will be: 51 Joseph Drive, Pittsfield, MA.

Memorial Garden — Group Weeding!!The Weekly Weeders are hard at work keeping the weeds at bay in the Memorial Garden and around the church.  Come join us! We meet every Monday evening from 6:30 to 7:20. We do what we can in 50 minutes and close up shop at 7:30. Then we usually stick around and chat for a while – very nice! Bring your gardening gloves and whatever tools you normally use to weed like clippers, trowels, scratchers, rakes, etc., as well as a hat and bug spray. We have extra tools if you need them. It’s a nice way to get outside, visit with friends, and keep our garden looking beautiful!
