– Discuss Turkey Dinner (Sat. Sept. 19)
o Confirm set up times
o Confirm turkey type and purchase
o Tentative menu (turkey breast, mashed potatoes, gravy, mixed veggie medley, salad, roll, beverage, desert)
o Review work schedule in order to prepare menu items
o Review Sign – up sheet needs
o Discuss clean up (use hard plates and tableware?)
o Review supplies
– Review plans for Pumpkin Festival (October 3 and 4)
– Comments / Observations / Conclusions
