NOVEMBER 23rd FUNDRAISING MEETING

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 7:00 PM AT PHELPS HALL

Hello, Everyone!

Thanks to Jack and Audrey Gasper and helpers!  We received raves for the Roast pork Dinner!  Thanks to everyone who helped make the event a success through their donations of cash, baked goods and hard work during this event.  Great job everyone!

AGENDA

• Discuss St. Nicholas Fair (December 5th)
  • Basket drawing
  • Greens/containers workshop dates, Wed, Dec. 2nd (6:30 to 8:30 PM) and Thurs (if needed), Dec. 3rd (2:00 to 4:00 PM ) Sign- up sheet is in the church
  • Country kitchen – Maple syrup, jams / jellies, candy, fudge, other items
  • Jewelry, Classic Treasures, Tag sale, Crafts, Rada, Bake tables,  children’s things, Girl Scout gift wrapping (plus any other ideas)
  • Table locations and hall layout (table arrangements outside under canopy?)
  • Sandwiches, chowders, soft drinks, coffee (anything else?)
  • Cashier(s)
• Discuss 2016 calendar of events (time permitting). Ideas regarding possible Jan / Feb events.
• Comments / Observations / Conclusions
