Hello, Everyone!
Now that we are surviving a much gentler winter (so far), we must plan ahead for our first 2016 community dinner. This will be one of our premier dinners, and I hope we will be able to plan ahead for this event. We will meet at 7:00 PM, Thursday, February 11, to discuss the following:
AGENDA
– Discuss Polish Dinner (Sat. March 19)
o Review menu item supplies (stuffed cabbage, bratwurst, pirogues, pickled beets, breads, beverages).
o Set workshop times for preparation of menu items
o Review sign-up sheet
o Set up times for tables/chairs and table settings
o Serving time to be established (4:30 to 6:00 PM?)
o Determine Cost ($13.00 Adults / $6.00 Children?)
o Review dinner supplies
– Discuss Garden and Plant Sale (time permitting)
