An update on the Phelps Hall Renovation Project (Kitchen Project)

The Kitchen Fundraising Committee has been busy organizing a plan to support the upcoming Phelps Hall Renovation Project. There are a number of exciting developments that we would like to share with everyone.
We would like to invite you to join us on Monday, May 9th @ 7pm at Phelps Hall for an informational meeting to hear firsthand about the latest news on the project, the plans to fund this endeavor, and how you can support the project with a “pledge-in-advance” to help kick off the fundraising campaign. Dessert, coffee, tea, and wine will be provided.
Key people from Buildings & Grounds and the Kitchen Fundraising Committees will be on hand to answer any questions and to provide details on this exciting project and its funding. If you are not able to attend, but would like more information, please call the office or email office@stpetershebron.com, and we will send you an informational packet and advance pledge details as soon as they are available (but no later than May 9th).

We hope that you will be able to attend this short presentation and subsequent discussion, and to consider an early “pledge-in-advance” to help get things started. After this meeting, we will be broadening our efforts by sending out to the general public an updated solicitation letter containing more details on the renovation and how interested parties can pledge their support to this exciting project.
