Remembering Parkland Shootings

The community is invited to join the parishioners and the Rev. Ron Kolanowski of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, 30 Church St. (Route 85), Wednesday March 14, at 10:00 AM, as the church commemorates a month since the shootings at Marjory Stoneman High School in Parkland, Florida.

Parishioners will gather in the church for 17 minutes to pray for the victims and their families.

In conjunction with the national high school walk out to be held at most high schools across the nation, at the same time, parishioners will stand in solidarity with youth, praying for their safety and security and for an end to gun violence.

At the conclusion of the 17 minutes, the church bell will toll 17 times.
