Shrove Tuesday a term from the Middle Ages meaning a day to confess one’s sins has evolved to become a festival or “Fat Tuesday” (Mardi Gras) in which fatty sweet food like pancakes with syrup are to be consumed.  A supper of pancakes, sausages, and peaches will be prepared this night for you.  Come as we celebrate before Lent begins on Ash Wednesday.
