Fundraising Meeting

Hello, Everyone!

We need to put the final touches on the October 3 and 4 Pumpkin Fest activities.

 AGENDA

• Discuss the Pumpkin Festival On October 3^rd and 4^th

• Discuss set up and staffing needs

• The pumpkins and squash are here – set up and display will be done by Rick and Laura’s family

• Discuss tractor & hay wagon plus hay bale needs
• Confirm food menu needs (hamburgs’, hotdogs, pulled pork).      
• Discuss Atwood activities (bean bag toss, face painting, fish pond, movie room, and more plus who will staff and set up these events)
• Silent auction -Sue
• Bake sale table, syrup (jams and jellies?) – sign up sheet
• Tag sale
